TaxClover

Tax Disclaimer

Last reviewed: May 20, 2026

TaxClover is not a CPA, tax advisor, or tax preparer. All estimates produced by the product are informational and based on the data you provide. Confirm with a qualified tax professional before filing or paying. We are not a substitute for IRS Form 1040-ES.

Estimates, not filings

Every calculation TaxClover shows — quarterly estimates, the tax savings vault, the Schedule C preview — is an estimate generated from the figures you enter. It is not a tax return and is not filed with any tax authority.

TaxClover does not file taxes. When it is time to file, you hand your year-end bundle to a CPA or enter it into tax-filing software yourself.

Rates and figures

Tax brackets, the standard deduction, the Social Security wage base, and the standard mileage rate change every year and are encoded as versioned configuration. We make a good-faith effort to keep them current, but you are responsible for confirming the figures that apply to your situation.

The product uses 2026 planning figures. Some 2026 federal amounts are estimates pending final IRS guidance and should be confirmed before they are relied upon.

AI features

The AI deduction finder and chat assistant produce suggestions, not advice. They are designed to never give tax advice and to direct advice-style questions to a qualified professional. Treat their output as a prompt to investigate, not a conclusion.

No professional relationship

Using TaxClover does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a licensed tax professional.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. TaxClover is a pre-launch product; final terms will be presented at checkout before any charge is made.
